Filter by Form issue

G

George Wilson

I am currently using Access 2002 on a Windows XP system. I
have a database I have been using for over a year. I have
been using the "Filter by Form" feature to filter records
and up until now it has been working fine. Now when I use
this feature on this database, the only drop down items in
the form are "Is Null" and "Is Not Null". I can apply a
filter by typing in a value, but there are no longer
selections in the drop dows other than listed above. Is
there a form attribute I may have changed that would cause
this behavior? Any suggestions?
TIA
George

Try:
Tools | Options | General | Edit/Find

Check the boxes for the "Local Indexed" and "Local non-indexed" fields, and
set "Don't display lists ..." to a big enough number.
