I am trying to filter a simple table, using a Name field, in Access 2003.
When I select the table in datasheet view, and apply filter by form, the
names that appear in the drop down list of available choices are not the same
as the names populating the fields. (some are the same, some are missing, and
one appears in the list that is not in the data).
How do I ensure that the Filter by Form choices match all and only the data
in the table fields.
Please note that this is the automatically applied filter by form, not a
generated combo box or other control.
