Film Factory

Film Factory software came with an old Epson photo printer I used to have. I
now have an HP photo printer. For some odd reason, when I double click on
the Film Factory software to use, the program pops up, then just disappears.
Does anyone have any idea why this would happen or what to do? I've used the
program for approx 3 yrs w/no problem, now this. Any ideas?

If you go to Epson support, input "Film Factory" into the search, many support
documents are available.
