I am doing Paint Shop Pro and download a lot.Some of the
files I can't open. A pop up tells me that windows can't
open the files. the message is that windows needs to know
what program created it. I don't know what to do. Then in
some of the files , the pop up says that the feature ID
not registered.Can you please help me. Thank you,
 
A list of the file names and extensions would help.
Where did you find the files to download?

Why are you trying to open the files? Why with Windows and
not the appropriate application, such as Paint Shop Pro?
