files waiting the be saved to CD

Hi, every time I boot up I have a balloon which tells me I have files
waiting to be written to CD.

Firstly. how do I remove the files waiting in the "files waiting to be
written to CD" folder.

(presumably this will stop the balloon appearing)

Secondly, at boot up we also have several balloons appear one after another
telling us that the wireless network is connected etc

How do I stop them appearing.

Double click " My Computer" Icon and then right click the CD-ROM drive
Letter and click Erase Temp or Files and it will remove all waiting
files/folders to be written to the CD/DVD.

The "Files Waiting" balloon also states "Click here to see these files"
or a similar statement.
