Files to CD

I have 3 computers.
All operate using windows XP.
I want to be able to share files between the 3 by saving
them to CD.

The problem is that 2 of the computers keep asking for a
CD-R or CD-RW disc when I want to write to them- EVEN
WHEN I PUT IN A NEW DISC!

How do I overcome this hurdle?

Hi,

Have you checked the properties of the drive from Windows Explorer to see if
the button to "enable recording on this drive" is checked on the recording
tab?
