Files missing

I am getting errors on page message on almost all websites. I checked in
System Information and found the following files are missing:
iecont.dll
iecontlc.dll
also the file
ieuinit.inf has no version stated
Can u please help.

iecontlc.dll (that file does not exist)

What is the 'error' message you are getting? Please be more precise.
