files hidden cannot see...java and flash content cannot see....

hi,
1) i installed adobe cs 2 and cannot see the java contents or flash contents
web pages on internet any more though i have updated their softwares...
2) well after installing xp sp2 i cannot see some folders in my current
administrator account i created...(under documents and settings ...cookies
folder, history folder...) but in the main administrator i can see as well as
under default user and all user...

please advise how to rectify this problem...
