Temporary Internet Files not displaying java and flash files

Recently, my Temporary internet files folder has not been displaying
java class / jar files as well as flash swf files. I was going to try
to Reset Web Settings but thought I'd try here first to see if there
was something else I could try.

Clear temp Internet files on a regular basis for best results.
