Files attached to emails

Hello,

I am new to Outlook 2007 on a Vista PC.

When sending emails with files attached, some recipients can see the files
attached and can open them, some so not see any files attached (neither Word,
not Excel not PDF files).

I have tried everything with no result. Can someone please, please help so
that my file attachments are seen by all people I email to.

Change your message format from Rich Text to HTML or Plain Text.

I am already in HTML and file attachments are not visible to some email
recipients. PLease help !

use plain text or HTML, not RTF formatted messages.

then use plain text. also verify the addresses on contacts are not marked to
always use RTF.

I have chosen the following options and still have the issue of some emails
recipients not seeing the files attached to my emails:

Under Tools \ Options \ Mail Format:

1) HTML
2) Internet Format: Rich Text option --> convert to HTML
3° HTML format: I checked the following 2 boxes: Reduce the file size
Rely on
CSS for Formating
