files and transfer wizzard hangs

I'm trying to use files and settings transfer for the
first time to back up In case I do a reinstall with a
larger hd but it keeps locking up when recording to cd. I
would appreciate any input at all Thanks; TIM
 
sorry for posting more then once, my browser said page
