Greetings to all!

I have a computer that has Outlook and Word (2003) installed on it;
however, when I run the FASTWiz, it does not detect that Microsoft
Office is installed on the system and therefore will not copy the
settings over to the profile image.

Is this a known bug with the FASTWiz or is there a way that I can force
it to detect Microsoft Office?

Thanks,

Raymond

I think I've determined the problem, but I would like to have some
feedback from someone who has experience in this.

In the registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office,
there are keys with version numbers on them. In the configuration file
for the File and Settings Transfer Wizard (FASTWiz), it specifies that
the wizard should look for all Office versions up until 10.0 - it does
not include 11.0. It would appear that if the 10.0 key is not present,
then the Wizard does not pick up Office 2003 for some reason.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Kyjan
