Files accumalting in %system%windows\Internet Logs

A defrag analysis alerted me to the fact that rather a large number of old
files of the type
ZA*.txt
msn.dmp.zip
had accumulated in the folder Windows\Internet Logs. The total was 640 MB.

ZoneAlarm Security suite must be the producer of the first type. Probably
MSN download manager is the cause of the second.
I have deleted the older ones.
What are these files for and can they be cleaned out automatically?
