If you're using TweakUI, then uncheck the "Activation follows mouse" in
the Mouse > XMouse section

How about on the desktop or in a explorer or folder view.

OK this appears to be related to the "single click to open an item [point
to select]" option in folder options. If I switch to 'double-click' the
problem is gone, but I prefer single-click. I did not have this behaviour
in previous Windows versions.

I suppose I'll have to live with it one way or the other? Correct?
