File, View, Tools, and Help are missing.

I opened IE 6 and the File, View, Tools, and Help are missing. How can I
restore these.

Make sure the toolbar is not locked. Then place the mouse cursor over the
vertical line of dots on the left edge so that it becomes a double arrow and
drag it down.

Hi Frank,
I've tried that but it doesn't help. The toolbar isn't lock, I just have
access to the address bar and standard buttons.

maybe #16.

It would be a good idea to search for malware or another program, toolbar or
BHO that might have caused this.

Then:
Download and run CWShredder, Ad-aware and Spybot. Check for updates before
running Ad-aware or Spybot.
