File upload

I am trying to install a file upload on my web page using front page 2002.
The destination folder is the problem. It says to go to properties on the new
folder and allow script and program to run ….. this check box is dim and can
not be checked.????

Your web host needs to set write permissions on the folder you're uploading
to.
