Change the isp destination in front page

Can anyone tell me how to change the server destination in Front Page please.
I have uploaded my own web site to my isp, and my sister asked me to upload
her site, which I have in a different web folder, but when I try to upload
her site, it automatically goes to my provider and not my sisters. I now
have both sites uploaded to my own server which I don't want and can't upload
hers.
I would be very grateful if anyone could tell me how to alter the destination.
