File Upload problem

I have added a file upload form to my web-page, published
it to a web server with the 2002 server extensions, but
when I try to upload a file, the browser always comes back
with the "Username/password" dialog. Even when I enter my
administrator password, it keeps comming up.

Any help would be appreciated,

John.
 
You need to contact your host to see if you are allowed to use that
function, and if so, then they need to set the correct permissions on the
folder you have define for the uploads.
