File Transfer Wizard Doesn't Initiate on old computer (Win 2000)

I just bought a new laptop with XP and am trying to walk through the file and
transfer wizard to transfer settings, etc. from my old laptop to the new one
(via cable). My problem is that I insert the XP CD that came with my new
laptop into my old laptop (which is running Windows 2000 Pro) to initiate the
wizard and I click on the "transfer files and settings" button and nothing
happens. The computer doesn't seem to be recognizing the button??

Any ideas?
