File Transfer Add In Failure

when I use the Client Access file transfer Add In, Excel
gives me the error message:
" Macro fShowTTODialog cannot be found"
How do I fix please ?

As in "client access", or Microsoft Access (the database program)? If you don't mean MS Access,
is this a different program?
