Personal Macros in Excel02 vs Excel03 and other stuff

Hello At work I have Excel 2002 and I'm getting Excel 2003(quite nervous
about it)
How can I transfer my personal macros books to Excel 2003 ?
Most of my workbooks have macros , will the macros work when I open the
files using Excel 2003 How about add-ins, will they work in excel 2003?

You shouldn't have many if any problems moving from Excel 2002 to 2003. They
aren't that different, but 2003 is better IMO, 2002 was a bit of a
pointless release.

Just save a copy of Personal.xls and store it in the XLSTART directory of
2003 after you have installed.
