file that will not delete

I can not get rid of a file named "svchost". Microsoft
Antispyware finds it, but can't delete it. Does anyone
have any ideals?

The svchost.exe file is located in the c:\windows\System32 folder. In
other cases, svchost.exe is a virus, spyware, trojan or worm!

It is to 99,99% a virus, trojan or spyware, svchost are often used
to "support" malware and if MSAS detects this I am sure that
this is a false svchost.exe in wrong folder.
