I have 3 partitions on my win2000(sp2). The first two were
converted to ntfs, can i make the last one fat, though its
not formatrd yet. Is it safe. My hdd is 20g. Thanks

Hi,

If the partition isn't formatted, then of course you can make it FAT. If
it's already formatted as NTFS then you will need to re-format it as FAT,
because there is no way to go from NTFS to FAT (conversion). Going from
NTFS to FAT will require erasing the (NTFS) partition and formatting it to
be FAT
