file sychronizing over home network

I have three computers networked together in my home. All
are running current versions of XP, the laptop has home
edition and the two desktops professional. I want to know
if there is a way to automatically or at command to make
all the My Document folders on all three computers to
have exactly the same contents.

Currently I copy 1 to 2, then 3 to 2, then 2 to 1 and 2
to 1 making sure all the computers have exactly the same
information in Mt Documents after the day is done. There
must be an easier way.
 
use breifcase or map it as a seperate folder that sits on
all machines.
