File Storage Location

I'm have just rebuilt my machine, and when I open WMM, all of my COLLECTIONS
(Not Projects) are missing - if I reimport my source files into collections,
all of the clips I have generated within a collection are gone.

There must be some file(s) that store this information? Where are they
located?

See the Managing > Collections page of my site.... it includes info on where
the collection database file is stored.
