I have Windows XP, Office XP.

I can receive files with attachments but when I try to
forward them my Outlook freezes up and I end up having to
reboot.

There must be a size setting for the file size I can send
(apparently receiving is set high enough) but I don't know
where/how. etc.

Any ideas? Thanks!

(P.S.: If you can think of any other reasons why I can't
send file attachments other than size, please let me know
that as well.)

The problem below was fixed by Office XP Service Pack 2:

OL2002: Attachments Are Not Sent When You
Forward a Signed Message:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;315890

Are you up to date on your Service Packs?

I've got everything updated....must be something else.
Thanks anyway.

Are you using Word as your email editor? If so,
try turning it off and trying to forward an attachment.
