file sharing

i have 2 PCs having same window XP SP2 but one having the file management
system called FAT32 and Another havind NTFS. when i want to access the file
from PC 1 (that having file system NTFS) it giving the error. but i can
access the files and folder from the another PC 2 (that having the file
system FAT32).

so, i just want to know how i can access the files and folders from NTFS
(PC1) to FAT32 (PC2).

i also done the bridging in both the system but it didn't work.

Yeah, computer with FAT32 can share with NTFS and vice versa.
