file sharing

Hi all

i`am studing computers and need some thought on a
question, it reeds as follows:

An end usre complians that they cannot share a folder on
thiere hard drive for another user to access. Explian why
that user cannot share a folder on the network, and who,
where and how the sharing could be set. the computer is
runnig w2k o/s.

my thoughts are that the end user has not set up file
sharing for thier hard drive. and as for the who, where
and how bit, i whould asume they mean the end user need
to fix the problem, using thier compter using windows
explorer and accessing the network properties to set file
sharing on thier hard drive.

am i on the right train of thought or compleatly of the
rails with this???

your thoughts would be gratefully recieved.

They must be a member of the local administrators or power uses group and file and
print sharing must be installed and enabled on their computer's network adapter. ---
