File Sharing

I recently added a station to my home network, when that
happened, one of my win2k machines popped a message about
an IP Conflict. After that, I haven't been able to share
my files. What should I do to resolve that problem?

*Background: The Win2k machine was one of the two only
machines I had running a static IP. The other machine was
not affected.
