I am trying to setup a home network between a windows 95 and an XP machine
using a protocol other than TCP/IP. I don't like file sharing using tcp/ip
for security reasons on the internet. I have installed netbeui and ipx/spx
on both machines but the XP machine is inaccessible from the windows 95 with
file sharing turned off in TCP/ip. it is turned on, on all the other
protocols. Can anyone please help?

Make sure you have the same username and password defined on both computers
