File sharing services?

My laptop was running extremly slow and lagging very badly. I spent over 2
hours trying to find the culprit, and found it was one of the services
running. The problem is that I don't know which one it is. I disabled
everything thet I thought I don't need that would still allow me to use the
laptop properly.

My problem is now I can't share files over my home network.

Which services are required to share files over my home network, which is
basically just two computers connected to a router.

I don't want to enable all the services as this will give me back my
original problem.
