File Sharing in XP

Actually, I have Windows 2000 Server. Windows 2000
Professional & Windows XP Professional connected as
client. In 2000, I do not find any difficulty in file
sharing. But in XP, I am not able to share the file.
The user is having "power user" privilege. Is there
any restriction in XP for "power user" that he cannot
share his folder from "My documents" and "Desktop".
I am expecting your valuable solution for the same.
