I use one named "RedRename" and find it invaluable. You can read about
it and see screen shots at this site: http://www.ktung.com/rrename.php,
but as you will see, it is no longer freeware. However you can still
get the last freeware version from this direct download link:

ftp://mirrors.blue.aol.com/pub/cica/pc/win95/miscutil/rrename.zip
