File PDF and IE 6.0

My operating System is Windows 2000
I have upgraded my IE from 5.5 to 6.0 version
After this upgrade the links into e-mail to Internet Pdf Files (links like www.sitename.com/filename.pdf) don't work and the sistem show the message "Acrobat external window handler not found" ("Manca Gestore Finestre Esterno Acrobat" il mio sistema è in lingua italiana)
Please help me

Reinstalling Adobe Acrobat Reader will cure this problem.
