File order again

No, this tip work only for folder view, it doesn't work for dialog boxes (open, save, save as), this why I'm asking help.

Many programs use the Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC) Common Dialog for
Open and Save As dialogs. The common dialog only lists the file names and
extensions, and doesn't have a details option. The MFC is part of Windows
and contains most of the user interface code that applications use for such
common tasks as command buttons, text boxes, menus, selection boxes, combo
boxes, title bars, window borders and most other things connected to output
and other user interaction. DirectX adds some graphics and game controler
functions connected with sound video and games.

AFAIK the only folders that will open in specific views if you access
them in those dialogs are those under My Pictures - which you can get to
come up in Thumbnail view. But not for anything general
