File options in windows explorer

When I Right click a file there are several obsolete options that I would
like to remove. How is this done?

In the Explorer > Tools > Folder Options > File Types find the file
type for which you want to edit the menu and click "Advanced".
Note: changes cannot be undone, you may want to create an additional
Restore Point before you start.
 
Thanks Andy - thought it might be this but need to know the detailed bits to
delete
