Is it possible to display the file name of a photo file contained a power
point page?

Only is it is inserted as text when the picture is inserted.

Look at Image Imported Wizard (http://skp.mvps.org/iiw.htm )and the existing
Insert => Picture => New Photo Album.
The first is better, the second is free. Both of these have options to
include at least part of the picture file's name.

Are you trying to get PPT to include the file name of the photo as text, eg.
beneath the photo itself in the presentation?

or

Are you trying to learn the name of the file from which a photo in the
presentation was inserted? If so, why? Trust that I'm asking for a reason.

or

Something else entirely?
