How to Hyperlink Patricular Sheet of Excel File?

Dear Friends,

Kindly help me for the following:
Suppose i have two files one is Power Point & other one is Excel
In power point slide there are three names - say Project, Operation & Quality
In Excel File named "Hardik", there are three sheets - say Proj, Oprn & Qty
Now i would like to Hyperlink in Power point as below:
Link "Project" word in Power point to "Proj" Sheet in Excel File "Hardik"
Link "Operation" word in Power point to "Oprn" Sheet in Excel File "Hardik"
Link "Quality" word in Power point to "Qty" Sheet in Excel File "Hardik"

Kindly help me to solve above problem.

if the Excel file is 2003 select the first cell in sheet "proj"
Insert > Name > Define =proj
Do the same for other sheets

If it's 2007 right click first cells > Name a Range

In both cases make the link to the excel file and edit the link to add #proj
etc to the path

Excel 2007?
