In Word, how do I set "file locations documents" to "current"?

Well, you don't, but this is the way Word works by default: the path you set
for Documents on the File Locations tab of Tools | Options just tells Word
where to start; after that it defolds to the most recently used folder
(except for Save As, where it defaults to the folder the original file is
saved in).
