Using Windows XP, Word 2002 when I set my file location
for opening a file it changes to the last folder I
opened. Is there a way that I can get it to stay the
same no matter what documents I open.

Thanks,
Ryan

No, but you can add the folder you want to be the default to your Places
Bar. Select the folder in the File Open dialog, then choose "Add to My
Places" on the Tools menu in the dialog. That way you're always just one
click away from that folder.
