file invitation

I tried so many times to access to my parents' computers, but the only way
that bypassed their router was using the file invitation for the remote
assistance.

The problem is that this file is valid for 30 days (if you try to put 99
days it won't let you). How can I make it possible to be valid forever? Or at
least give them one click solution, so they can create it easily each time?

Thank you,
Tom

See this page for help getting a 99 day option. If your parents run XP Home
its a registry hack. Note the warnings on the page. For XP Pro its a group
policy setting.
