It says something about being free to law enforcement agencies and
corporate security, it doesn't mention if it's free to other users or
not... I think it prudent to assume not, until proven otherwise. Plus
I had to use IE to get the groovy pull down menus to work on the page,
not that I'm complaining...I just thought I'd mention it...
