file folders don't open

I unnecessarily messed up with the folder settings.
Go to tools > folder options > file types > select file folders >
advanced
Just clicking around I set enqueue in winamp as the default action on
all folders. Now everytime I double-click a folder, it launches winamp.
I don't see any way i can undo this since all the buttons for changing
the action in the edit file type window are greyed out.
Can anyone tell me what to do?

Try one or all of these. Ignore the titles. They all attempt to get the
default setting back i.e. Open.
