File Folders and User Accounts

Is there a way to no kidding find all the accounts on the computer. I had to
reinstall windows xp, and now I have what seems to be too many profiles on
the computer. I have under c:\documents and settings, the following:
Administrator, All Users, All Users.Windows, Andrew MacNeil (My Name),
Default User, Default User.Windows, Guest, and Owner. This seems to be way
too many profiles to have. All I want is one single administration account,
either Administrator, or the one with my name. Is there a way I can do this
without losing any data. Please help.
