File Folder listing on File Open

Is there a way to change the default File Folder listing
to alphabetical order instead of last file accessed?
 
You can sort alphabetically instead of by date. If you're in Details view,
just click on the heading you want to sort by. If in any other view, right
click and choose Arrange Icons > By Name. Note that clicking on the heading
offers more versatility because clicking twice reverses the sort; this
fillip isn't available with the context menu.
