File Folder Being Created For Every Web Page

Frontpage 2002 has suddenly started creating a file folder for every page I
create on one of my new websites. These folders each have the + symbol in
left menu bar but will not expand, nor can these folders be opened by double
clicking them. Does anyone know why they are being created?

hit tools/ recalculate hyperlinks and then refresh.
that should probably fix it.
