file exe.

every time i download an exe. windows wants to open it in
microsoft publisher and i can't seem to get it to run.
help Jack

Open windows explorer.
Then go to tools.
Then Folder Options.
Then the File Types Tab.
Try doing new and choosing .exe as an application

if it doesnt work then just reinstall windows.

I tryed that but exe. was not an option
and reinstalling did'nt work
