I can log on to my PC using Windows XP. But, when I try to use any
application, I receive the error message the file Resize32.ocx hasn't been
registered and I can't enter the application. I've had a registered copy of
Windows XP for over a year now. What can I do to fix this?

Hi

Try registering that file with the following command from Start>Run

regsvr32 resize32.ocx

Please note the space between the 2 and r.

That's not an XP system files as far as I can see, a check on Google
throws up some matches from companies selling a re-sizing control.

Have you installed any new apps recently?
