Uninstall it from the add/remove programs, search your drive for all
instances of SSA3D30.OCX and delete any found, insert the Dell Resource CD
(it was blue on the last Dell system I worked on IIRC) and let auto-run take
over.

Hello,

I wanted to post and say that I'm experiencing the exact same problem described here, but uninstalling, deleting the instances of ssa3d30.ocx, and then reinstalling did not remedy the problem. I have tried numerous times in different orders, and I've even tried deleting all references to the file in the registry. I also tried using regsvr32 to register the ocx file... but nothing has worked. I'm running Windows Vista and I just can't seem to make this work. It's driving me absolutely nuts.

Thanks,

Steve

If you are using vista and you have your UAC turned off, turn it back on and restart, this will resolve the 339 error. :)
