file error cannot find wfwnet.drv

when I install any application doesnt matter what I get
this error

FILE Error!

connot find wfwnet.drv


im using windows Xp home 5.1 build 2600

I also get a system error &8007007e (-2147024770)
specified module could not be found

are these problems related I think the last one is a VB
error not sure though.......

BUt any help with the first problem would be greatly
appreciated i have tried every search engine on the net
and I got nothing.......

I have all the VBruntimes install on my computer too.
